We are no strangers to the drama that followed following the departure of Henry Cavill. Not only did the show lose one of the best fantasy actors, it also garnered massive backlash from the fans. Furthermore, the show suffered as viewers fell sharply. Owing to Geralt’s exit, the showrunner Lauren Hissrich had an option to end the series.
However, Hissrich revealed that she decided to go on as “there were many stories to tell.” Australian actor Liam Hemsworth will be taking up the mantle of Geralt after season 3 ends, starring at least in two seasons, with seasons 4 and 5 getting the green light from the streamer recently.
