Notably, the world’s second most handsome man, Henry Cavill, and the very melodious Selena Gomez were once the contenders for MTV Celeb exclusive venture. While both came up with intriguing ideas and enthusiastically worked towards being the number one, only one could take the winning title home. And guess who came out as the shining star? The very beautiful Who Says singer, indeed.

Apparently, the renowned celebrities had to do one thing of their choice to raise to fame. According to The Witcher actor, wearing the Superman t-shirt and frolicking around his posters near Times Square would attract a plethora of fans. But it seems like he failed miserably. MTV’s 2016 prompt, Nailed it Failed it! immediately declared him a loser after none of the masses recognized the actor. Perhaps, if he would have done a Superman landing in his red and blue cape, he would be successful.

Meanwhile, his adversary, the infamous Alex Russo of Wizard and Waverly Place, nailed the contest. Back in 2016, when actresses and singers like Taylor Swift, Kylie Jenner, and Kim Kardashian seemed to be Instagram sensations, the 30-year-old American singer decided to come out as the Instagram queen. And Guess what? In the race of getting the largest number of followers, Gomez amassed a monumental number of 72.6 million followers on the social media platform. 

The handsome detective of Enola Holmes failed to complete his task. Meanwhile, Selena Gomez, who seems to hold no grudges toward anyone, attracted a fan following enough to leave behind the other Divas of the industry.
