For many college kids, working at Netflix is a dream. Now it can come true, as the streaming giant rolls out opportunities for graduates.

What Is Netflix New Grad Program 2023? Where Can You Apply for It?

While offering an immersive journey into the heart of entertainment innovation,
Netflix has opened doors to new graduates. In this initiative, fresh college
graduates are being brought on board for full-time positions. They aim to engage
youngins in a year-long program designed to amplify their connections and refine
their professional abilities. By encouraging continuous learning and growth,
they hope to turn the company into an exciting hub for those seeking to shape
the future of digital media.

When the OTT mogul announced this new hiring drive in September 2022, they said
that the process would begin in 2023. And now that the company has started
rolling out openings, the wait is finally over. There are many opportunities to
pick from too!

WHAT SKILL SET IS NETFLIX LOOKING FOR?

Currently, the program encompasses diverse teams, predominantly in the
engineering sector. Besides engineering, they are hiring for data, insights, and
creative production. Although the positions are limited for the time being, they
have promised to open more fields soon! At the moment, the opportunities are
situated within the United States and are not open for remote work.

After their recent controversy regarding their use of AI

this move towards hiring young faces might bring back some of Netflix’s
credibility. Through encouraging fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, their
goal is to expose aspiring engineers to their culture of technical excellence.

landscape, there could have been no better news! And the ease with which one can
apply for it is equally impressive.

A SIMPLE YET WELL-OUTLINED APPLICATION PROCESS

According to their initial announcement, Netflix aimed to start rolling out job
openings sometime between mid-August and early September. As the positions have
started becoming available, applicants can now put in their proposals directly

She has immense love for historical and investigative documentaries on people and cultural practices. If this was not enough, she was a blogger prior to keeping her step in the glitz and glamor of the entertainment world and covered culture and heritage while traveling across Central and South America. For Ibadat, writing has been her safe space, and she aims to pick up reviewing anthology formats like Black Mirror & Criminal at Netflix Junkie. If you want an expert on comedy (dark and satire) psychology or travel, then Ibadat is your person. While you will mostly find her covering everything and anything from the world of entertainment, about her favorite celebrities, shows, and movies, Ibadat is an avid Schitt's Creek fan and loves the novel George Orwell’s 1984. And if not this, she will be seen actively backpacking for her next trip, petting her dog Raven, or studying the human condition (side-eye).
