Invictus Games.

THE HISTORY OF INVICTUS GAMES BY PRINCE HARRY 

The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, first conceived the idea of the Invictus on
his first trip to the Warrior Games in the USA. Borrowing inspiration from the
“power of sports that could heal the wounded,” the military Prince established a
bigger platform to help his fellow veterans. The Duke was well accustomed to a
sense of patriotism and service to mankind, for he himself served ten years in
the Royal military serving two tours to Afghanistan.
