Ye’s Wyoming Ranch: Did the Rapper Really Sell the $8 Million Worth Property?
Throughout his decades-long career, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has garnered almost as much attention for his real estate ventures as he has for his music and his controversial behavior. While the rapper had to split 21 properties during his divorce from Kim Kardashian, he seemed to be left with a significant number of houses to choose from. One of his most notable properties, a sprawling ranch in Wyoming, has been the subject of much speculation lately.
With reports of the now 46-year-old putting the house on the market in 2021, let us see what happened to Ye's $8 million home.

In 2019, Ye purchased his first-ever Wyoming property. It was a ranch that was formerly known as Monster Lake Ranch. The ranch featured an array of amenities like two freshwater, livestock corrals, a go-cart track, and even hay meadows. While the home was stunning, the rapper had planned to sell the property for $11 million just 2 years after he had bought it. However, his plans fell through shortly after his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, had split from her then-boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
While the reasons for Ye's change of mind were never revealed, there was a possibility that he had pivoted from his decision as selling the house would result in a $3 million loss for the 46-year-old. Although the Yeezy creator may have kept his purchase, he does not seem too interested in visiting his once-beloved 3,888-acre property. The rapper chose to size down when he chose his new crib with Bianca Censori.
Although the former billionaire's net worth dropped over the last couple of years to $400 million, West seems to be content with a humble home life without having to flaunt his money.

When Kim Kardashian and Ye were together, fans could see that the father of four preferred minimal designs with a lot of space. However, that seems to have changed ever since his social media controversies took over the world. Instead of putting down millions for a new mansion to build his life with his wife, Bianca Censori, the rapper chose a rather humble Los Angeles apartment for them to live in.
While most people might have been surprised to see West living with no security, no nannies, and barely any privacy, his ex-wife, Kardashian revealed that his firstborn, North West preferred staying at the 46-year-old's apartment instead of her Calabasas mansion. Although the rapper might love his new digs, with the success of his 'Vultures 1' and upcoming 'Vultures 2', fans might see him put down a payment for another stunning property.
