In the world of luxury real estate, Los Angeles boasts an array of opulent

[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/kanye-west] has gone down another route.
After various property purchases over the years, the iconic rapper seems to have
settled on a $20,000 apartment over his fabulous real estate. Although it may
not make sense to most, his daughter revealed that she preferred staying at her
father’s instead of at her mom, Kim Kardashian
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/kim-kardashian/]‘s mansion.

With claims like that, it is no wonder to be curious about the star’s latest
digs. So here is everything we know about Kanye West’s LA apartment.

WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT KANYE WEST’S NEW APARTMENT

In a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian opened up about
co-parenting with Kanye West. She went on to say how North prefers the Yeezy
creators more than her mansion. This, in turn, makes everyone question what is
so special about it that their daughter adores it more than a luxurious mansion.
To dig the answers to the same, reports from the Sun

help to understand his new living situation. While it is no surprise that his
apartment is not like everyone else’s, its amenities are insane.

The apartment complex even has a 24-hour concierge service, private theatre, and
even valet parking, making Ye’s new crib more like a 5-star hotel. While the
world has yet to see what it looks like, one thing is certain. Given the ‘Donda’
artist’s penchant for neutrals and a minimalistic look, his place is sure to
take everyone’s breath away. In fact, that is exactly what Kim Kardashian claims
happened with North West.

Although the SKIMS mogul did not majorly go into details about why her daughter
preferred staying with her father, she did give some of his lifestyle away.

KIM KARDASHIAN OPENS UP ABOUT WHY NORTH WEST PREFERS LIVING WITH KANYE WEST

Recently, North West did her first-ever solo interview and photoshoot with i-D.
The 10-year-old talked about her fashion icons

her interest in performing, and even similarities she shared with both her
celebrity parents. Shortly after that, Kim Kardashian’s revelation on The
Kardashians, of her daughter preferring to live with Kanye West, was what
garnered attention. While the world was confused as to why she would prefer an
apartment to her mother’s million-dollar mansion, the reality star ended up
setting the record straight.

The reality star recently revealed that North West loved the idea of living in
an apartment and would always pester her about why they do not have one.
However, she also gave fans an insight into Ye’s parenting methods and revealed
that he does not have a nanny, a chef, or even security at the front gate. She
implied that it was the freedom he gave his children to stay out of the
spotlight and lead normal lives that struck a chord with her eldest.
