Prince Harry and his phone hacking case against Murdoch’s papers have been a
rollercoaster of a ride so far. With the New Papers group seizing the case on
some days, there is Prince Harry overpowered them on other days in their bitter
battle. There have been moments the Duke had to hold back his years passing
through the hard-wired act. There had also been moments where he made the papers
kneel for an apology. However, nothing has come to a bottom line so far. The
heated back-and-forth still continues as Duke keeps on fighting for bringing
Murdoch into the witness box.

family, presented the London high court with a stirring demand. Ever since the
case proceedings began until this very day, the Duke has been pushing the
“secret arrangements” between his family and the tabloids

Prince Harry’s lawyers, however, have a solid answer to fight back, which
evidently seems to have backfired at the MGN. As per the outlet, the Duke could
not bring up any lawsuit against the tabloids because of a contract signed by
the Royal family’s administration. According to the details released, the
agreement said no royals were allowed to file a case until all other
phone-hacking litigation against the NGN came to an end. This apparently tied
the hands of the Duke, even though he wanted to take his actions way too early.
