Tom Holland told a funny behind-the-scenes story from his time on The Odyssey set during his appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers. He said he accidentally ordered Spider-Man hats for the whole cast and crew in kids' sizes. The mistake caused a humorous mix-up, with one of the crew blaming the studio for the small hats.

“It had Spider-Man embroidered across the front of it. But I had ordered... kid sizes by accident," Holland jokingly admitted that he had accidentally ordered the wrong sized hats instead of adult ones.

During the same Late Night with Seth Meyers, he said that it got funnier when legendary sound mixer John Casali put on one of the tiny hats. It was so tight it looked as if it was squeezing his head. Unaware that Holland was to blame, Casali joked that the studio had been too cheap to get the right size hats. The joke got funnier as Casali kept blaming the studio for the tiny hats, calling the situation “disrespectful” in a dramatic fashion.

Eventually Holland confessed that he had accidentally ordered the children's-sized hats. The revelation left Casali looking visibly embarrassed. Holland then joked that if it was big enough he would have pulled the hat over his face to hide.
