Tracing back his years of interviews together with the renowned American journalist, Ryan Reynolds expressed how he can never get tired of Sam Rubin with a tweet on X. “Even if I was on my 85th interview that day, I was always happy to see Sam,” wrote the 47-year-old. He further added that even if it were the vice versa, Rubin would not have failed to charm his audience. Retweeting his reply, Reynolds said “RIP,” in his own handle. 

Rubin always brought “genuine kindness, curiosity and an out of the box question” with him every time he spoke with the actor, or so said Ryan Reynolds, who has been grateful to everyone around him lately. The journalist passed away at 64, following a heart attack on Friday. Not just Reynolds, but Rubin’s death has sent shockwaves throughout Hollywood.

Following Reynolds, other A-listers also took to their platforms to pen a few words of condolences to the family of the deceased. 

Ben Stiller also took to X, reminiscing the “best interviews” he has had with Sam Rubin. “So sorry to hear of Sam Rubin’s passing,” wrote the star addressing him as a "Consummate pro". Adding to it further, the Frat Pack member did not forget to mention how dearly the journalists loved stars and movies. 

Recalling the same experience of comfort and warmth with Sam Rubin, Stiller mourned the loss of the journalist way too soon than expected. Along with Hollywood stars, close colleagues and friends of Sam Rubin took to their platforms to grieve the death of the beloved entertainment reporter.
