The Dune actress, renowned for her fashion prowess, stunned in a fairy tale look of vintage green along with a playful touch of sophistication. Hosting the Gala after her long 5-year hiatus, Zendaya served two looks at the Green colored carpet this year. For her first look, she opted for a Maison Margiela Artisanal by John Galliano creation, which was based on a 1999 Dior dress. The one-shouldered dress had a royal blue skirt which she upped with net mesh.

While her early evening grandeur set the tone for the Gala’s ‘The Garden of Time’ theme, her final look of a never-worn Givenchy black off-shoulder corset gown, a 1996 piece from John Galliano’s Givenchy era, had everyone drooling. Adding to it, she has a massive floral headpiece as the only complement. Zendaya’s iconic dual serves come after a long five-year hiatus.

Recently in the news for her success with Immaculate, the Anyone but You star graced the red carpet in a Cinderella-esque Miu Miu gown. Adding a tinge of royalty with a black leather set of opera gloves, the actress nailed the look with a minimal choice of jewelry and a sleek dark black bob. Forever known for her iconic fashion statements be it any event, big or small, Sweeney got hearts racing with her 2024 Met Gala look.

Not just Hollywood, but high-profile fashionistas from around the corner have put their best feet forward.

Alia Bhatt, a green carpet queen

Showing effortless confidence at the Gala, leading Indian actress, Alia Bhatt showcased her impeccable choice of modern fashion while staying true to her roots. Channeling the Indian staple to a present-day avant-garde, she looked surreal in a saree with a long trail of flowers by Indian designer Sabyasachi. This marks her second grace at the fashion event after her debut last year in Prabal Gurung couture.

While young innovators brought magic to the carpet, senior celebrities aged like fine wine.

Nicole Kidman's timeless beauty

Oscar-winning actress, Nicole Kidman, who recently secured her Lifetime Achievement Award brought back a classic Balenciaga ball gown to life with her evergreen charm, a reference to an original Cristóbal Balenciaga haute couture design from 1951. Already acclaimed by fans as one of the most unforgettable ensembles of the night, Kidman’s bare neck attire featured an ivory satin bodice paired with opera-length hand gloves

Adorned in the archival classic, the actress sparked in her diamond bracelets from Harry Winston. Standing out of the crowd were prominent artists of color who added the silver lining to the event.
