Meghan Markle’s American Riviera Orchard Gets a Hearty Shoutout From Polo Champion Nacho Figueras

Meghan Markle sure knows how to drum up attention for her brand. While Prince Harry and Prince William were busy attending the Diana Awards Ceremony last month, the Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram to drop the news about her brand, American Riviera Orchard, which had thousands of fans hitting the follow button within minutes. Following her well-worn playbook, Markle used her tried-and-true marketing tactic of sharing her products within her celebrity circle before making them accessible to fans. And recently, the polo maestro Nacho Figueras became a part of it. 

In return, Figueras gave Markle and her brand a glowing shoutout, making fans even more curious about American Riviera Orchard.

At the recent Royal Salute Polo Challenge in Miami, soon to hit the screens as a Netflix show, Nacho Figueras crossed paths with his best friend Prince Harry, and his wife Meghan Markle. Sharing a snapshot from the event, the Argentine polo player could not help but sing praises for the delectable jams from American Riviera Orchard, which he likely received from the Duchess herself. He captioned the post, saying, "Did I tell you I love your jam”, while also tagging Markle's brand's official Instagram handle.

Figueras is not the only celebrity to receive a taste of Markle's brand's jams. Just recently, she reached out to her neighbor and fashion designer, Tracy Robbins, sending over a special jar of her brand's jam. Robbins, also the spouse of the bigwig at Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon, wasted no time giving a shout-out to the product on her Instagram story. The Duchess's marketing moves also let fans in on her inner circle, and there are more people in the loop.

Following Tracy Robbins, the next member of Meghan Markle's social crew to promote American Riviera Orchard's jam was Delfina Blaquier, Nacho Figueras' wife. Blaquier and Markle have often been seen side by side at polo matches, rooting for their husbands, and they also attended the Royal Salute Polo Challenge together. The next big shout-out came from Hollywood actress and writer Mindy Kaling. 

On April 17, Mindy Kaling shared some pictures of her American Riviera Orchard jam jar with the caption "Obsessed." On the same day, Kelly McKee Zajfen, co-founder of the Alliance of Moms group, also posted a photo of her jam jar, alongside photos of herself and the Duchess. With the marketing machine in full swing, American Riviera Orchard might just be the ticket to Meghan Markle's comeback as the lifestyle queen.
