As reported by the royal website, the late Queen was too fond of the honey culture at Buckingham. The Queen was rather proud of the quality of the product. In fact, being too fond of the same, she even gifted a jar of honey to Pope Francis as an official present. The exchange took place when the former Queen met the Pope at their first meeting in 2014.
