country. And through X, his fans follow his every move because the 76-year-old’s
hands are just as proficient at tweeting as they are at lifting weights. In a
recent video he posted, Schwarzenegger is joined by an old friend from his
body-building days. Cheering him on as he trains his triceps is none other than
Ronnie Coleman.

for feedback on his “triceps.” Coleman finally remarks that he is “looking good”
