During her appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Gadot explained that Gunn and Peter Safran once discussed continuing Wonder Woman with her, though no formal meeting ever confirmed its cancellation. She also noted the exits of Henry Cavill and Patty Jenkins lacked clarity and grace. Entertainment account @WongUpdates later amplified the fake screenshot anyway, though replies quickly flagged its Threads origin as unverifiable.
