The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry along with his wife, Meghan Markle, never liked the cameras. Although Markle had some inclination toward Hollywood for Suits, she never found it necessary to rekindle it. Staying away from the cameras as smartly as possible, the couple was dealing with its own set of controversies and backlashes. However, Prince Harry knew just the right time to secure his immediate family from the clusters of the royal rota. What came to be known as the infamous Megxit had its own repercussions for the couple. 

The entire chain of events was once again described by the self-exiled duo in a Netflix Bombshell, Harry & Meghan. While Markle shed light on the racism that existed in the House of Windsor, Prince Harry made public get strained ties in their personal relationships with others. In current times, the docuseries failed to grab an Emmy, which has caused yet another wave of controversies against the Sussexes. 

The six-part docuseries came with a horde of revelations about the royal family. While the new age supporters had Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s back, the traditional royal fanbase thought that was all a lie. Hailing from the same millennial group is Evening Standard’s royal editor who recently spoke on Talk TV about the two. Targeting their Emmy Snub, the expert takes a sarcastic jibe at their content saying, even if it won, “it should have won the best fiction”. For those who could not understand, he took a swipe at the couple stating whatever they revealed back in 2022, never really exists, hence Best Fiction.

The Netflix bombshell undoubtedly fetched the pair a couple of esteemed records. But none that added to their already denigrating image. The tell-all docuseries gained humongous traction all over the world, becoming the most-watched docuseries on the streamer. However, critics had problems with it from day one. 

Like its Spotify split, the deal was never ripped off by the authorities. But many labeled it as a money-making agenda, highlighting someone’s own familiar problems before the world. Although it swept the audience at a point, it is now not a care amongst the masses. And definitely not amongst the UK royal seniors.
