Taylor Swift has undoubtedly redefined the concert experience for today's age. While other shows often descend into chaos, with fans fainting, getting trampled, or worse, Swift is putting her devotees first. Despite being one of the very few artists who attract such great crowds, she is making sure her Swifties are safe, happy, and healthy. As refreshing as it is, from the usual concert carnage, it proves fans call her 'mother' for nothing. 

Kicking off her Lisbon leg for the Eras Tour, the concert was not without its complexities. Fans, who stood in long queues for tickets, did not have the greatest time at the concert. Adding to it, The Hollywood Reporter took to X to show how fans have been “distressed” by the concert in Portugal today. A video of the songstress reaching out to her security with the help of a fan in need has gone viral on social media. Swift can be seen saying, “Ayuda por favor,” which roughly translates to “Please Help” in Spanish, calling for the security to help the one in need.   

According to the tweet, this happened for the second time in a row at the same concert. She had paused her show for the first time too, making sure help was made available, and she did not hesitate to do it again. This gesture has made fans hail their 'mother' all over again who is always out their for her Swifties.

For those unversed, Taylor Swift's Eras tour stop in Lisbon sparked concern among fans when Estádio da Luz stadium announced a strict no-merchandise policy, including no water bottles, during the 3-hour show. This has led to chaos and health issues among Swifties who are prioritizing their safety and well-being during the much-crowded concert.

Seeing the video, fans took to X to appreciate Swift's kindness during the concert.

A user commenting on the video wrote how this kindness makes Taylor Swift one of the greatest music titans fans have ever been blessed with. Another applauded the gesture and commented Swift's personal life struggles have made her considerate of such mishaps while another user hailed praises for her Portuguese accent that too, for the second time in one night. 

Another fan seemingly ignored the entire scenario and praised the star for her vocals.

Despite the gesture, many were correcting that it is not "ayuda" but "ajuda." However, fans could see not the error but Swift's kindness towards her beloved fans.
