are curious about the new season’s release date.

Snowpiercer is one of the most interesting TV series on the popular streaming
platform. The post-apocalyptic series follows the event that takes place in an
always-running train. Called Snowpiercer, the massive vehicle consists of 1000
cars and it is also the last hope of humanity. As the world is now uninhabitable
due to the unexpected results of climate engineering, Snowpiercer is always in
motion and it also offers a safe place for its passengers from the frozen world
outside.

The first two seasons of the show starred some of the most famous names in the
entertainment industry. Starring brilliant actors and actresses like Sean Bean,
Jennifer Connelly, Daveed Diggs, and many more, Snowpiercer has two seasons and
a total of 16 episodes available on Netflix right now. And the fans of the
dystopia series are eagerly waiting for Snowpiercer season 3.

IS SNOWPIERCER CANCELED ON NETFLIX?

As curious fans of Snowpiercer, we should not be worried as season 3 is
definitely happening and Netflix has not canceled the show. Although the third
installment of the series is in the works, we might have to wait some more
before we get to watch it.

And if you are wondering about Snowpiercer Season 3 release date, do not get
your hopes up because the series will probably not return in June 2021. We
should also add that the show got renewal for the third season before the
premiere of the second season. This means that Netflix is planning to continue
with Snowpiercer as the series received positive reviews around the world and
has a big audience.

WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE OF SNOWPIERCER SEASON 3?

We know that the production began back in March and the crew is planning to wrap
it up by the end of summer. When you take the pandemic-related restrictions into
account, it might take some time as well. Though we are guessing that
Snowpiercer season 3 will land on Netflix in the first months of 2022.

Here’s the official synopsis of Snowpiercer:

“Earth has frozen over and the last surviving humans live on a giant train
circling the globe, struggling to coexist and amid the delicate balance
onboard.”

In the second season, the head engineer Melanie Cavill lost her life but we also
have information regarding her return in the third season. Played by Jennifer
Connelly, Melanie might return in flashbacks. In any case, we are glad to see
our head engineer.

IS THERE ANY TRAILER FROM SNOWPIERCER SEASON 3?

We do not have a trailer for the upcoming season yet. But Netflix might share a
teaser video for the new season at the end of this year. The popular streaming
service tends to share trailers a month before the premiere of another season.

Though you can Snowpiercer season 2 trailer to recall what has happened in the
second season.
