Sex Education Meets Barbie as Eric, Adam, and Maeve Join the Star-Studded Cast of Greta Gerwig’s Upcoming Movie

Netflix has given a chance to some really talented actors over the years.
Netflix has not only given them an opportunity. But also allowed them to display
their talents in front of the whole wide world. One such show whose cast blew
everyone away with its great acting was that of Sex Education.

It looks like other directors are now appreciating the talents of the Sex
Education actors and casting them in their projects. Let us find out which new

MOORDALE SECONDARY SCHOOL ADDITIONS TO BARBIE

As the cast list for Greta Gerwig’s upcoming Barbie film continues to grow. We
couldn’t help but note that a number of our Netflix favorites have apparently
gotten roles.

Of course, it was already reported that Emma Mackey, who portrays Maeve Wiley,
will act alongside her doppelganger star Margot Robbie in the film.

However, Eric Effiong icon Ncuti Gatwa and his on-screen beau Connor Swindells,
who plays Adam Groff, have joined the cast. It will be really fun to watch the
trio outside the world of their hit Netflix Original.

But the cast of Barbie was already an extensive one. Starring in the film
are Kingsley Ben-Adir, Rhea Perlman, Emerald Fennell, Sharon Rooney, Scott
Evans, Ana Cruz Kayne, Ritu Arya, and Jamie Demetriou.

Joining them will be Margot, Ryan Gosling, America Ferrara, Kate McKinnon, Simu
Liu, Ariana Greenblatt, Alexandra Shipp, Issa Rae, Michael Cera, Hari Nef, and
Will Ferrell.

Talk about a never-ending list of A-listers. Apart from the role of Margot and
Ryan as Barbie and Ken. All other roles are currently unknown. Oscar-winner
Greta is directing the film after co-writing the screenplay with Noah
Baumbach. The long-overdue project is currently filming at Warner Bros’
Leavesden Studios in the UK.


WHEN IS SEX EDUCATION SEASON 4 COMING?

The season 4 release date has yet to be announced by Netflix. Although we can
expect to arrive in late 2022 at the earliest.

Due to the pandemic’s delays, we’ve only had one series each year so far, with
Season 1 showing in January 2019, Season 2 in January 2020, and Season 3 in
September 2021. So season 4 should also release somewhere around the autumn of
2022 like last years’ season 3.
