Puck graciously offered a preview of this year’s offerings, which had his timeless truffle chicken pot pie and innovative creations, such as honey butter toast with fennel marmalade and whipped crème fraiche. The Austrian chef from Los Angeles has gone above and beyond to create a mezze grazing table and a paella bar for this year’s guests. The paella bar will feature both a traditional and vegan rendition of the saffron-infused rice dish, alongside chef-carved Cinco Jotas Iberico Jamon, tortilla de patata, and an assortment of gourmet hummus, dips, and accompaniments. It also has a dessert menu with a selection of 37 indulgent treats. However, this is not the only option for the discerning palates of the Oscar attendees.
