Another wave of A-list talent is heading to the Oscars stage, adding fresh star power to Hollywood’s most-watched night. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has unveiled another round of presenters set to appear at the upcoming ceremony. Newly announced names include Robert Downey Jr., Anne Hathaway, Will Arnett, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Paul Mescal, and Gwyneth Paltrow, all of whom are expected to take the stage to present awards during Hollywood’s biggest night.

The mix of veterans, recent nominees, and global stars reflects the Academy’s continued push to balance legacy prestige with contemporary pop-culture reach. These additions join an earlier slate of presenters already confirmed for the ceremony, including the most recent acting winners who traditionally return the following year to present.

That group includes Adrien Brody, Mikey Madison, Kieran Culkin, and Zoe Saldaña, alongside additional presenters such as Javier Bardem, Chris Evans, Demi Moore, Kumail Nanjiani, and Maya Rudolph. With more names still expected to be revealed ahead of the broadcast, the lineup continues to grow into a star-studded roster.

This latest reveal, after the previously announced list, effectively marks the third presenter update from the executive producer and showrunner Raj Kapoor and executive producer Katy Mullan, in the lead-up to the ceremony. Meanwhile, Conan O'Brien returns to host the broadcast, marking his second consecutive stint as emcee. It also marks a rare back-to-back booking that hints the Academy appreciated the tempo and irreverent rhythm he brought to last year’s show.

But the real question for audiences is not just who will present, it is how and where viewers can watch the ceremony unfold this year and in the years ahead.

How to watch the Oscars this year

In physicality, the 98th Academy Awards will take place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Virtually, the ceremony will air live on ABC and stream live on Hulu, reaching viewers worldwide. The producers will continue to announce additional talent joining the ceremony in the days leading up to the show, gradually filling out the lineup of presenters, performers, and surprise appearances.

Looking ahead, the Academy is already preparing for a major shift in how audiences watch Hollywood’s biggest night. Beginning in 2029, from the 101st Oscars onwards, the ceremony will move to YouTube under a multi-year global deal running through 2033.

As for this year’s race, the field is crowded with heavyweight contenders. The Best Picture nominees list has Sinners with the highest number(16) of nominations, One Battle After Another at 13, then Hamnet, Marty Supreme, and Sentimental Value. Acting races are equally stacked, with nominees like Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke, Wagner Moura, and Michael B. Jordan competing for Best Actor, while Jessie Buckley, Emma Stone, and Renate Reinsve headline the Best Actress race.

With multiple prestige films battling for momentum and a star-packed lineup of presenters already confirmed, the 2026 Oscars could become one of the most unpredictable ceremonies in recent memory.
