With just a few weeks left for the Golden Globe, the excitement is palpable on social media. Apart from the movies and actors, there is another aspect that is making a buzz. It is their luxury swag bags, which are usually given to top nominees, presenters, and sometimes to winners.

These 'Everybody Wins' gift bags are packed with everything from designer goods to tickets for luxury experiences. The Golden Globes, scheduled for January 11, 2026, has partnered with luxury lifestyle magazine Robb Report to unveil one of the most expensive swag bags of the year.

Much like the Golden Globe Awards, most award shows follow a similar tradition, including the Academy Awards.

What's inside Oscars' gift bags?

Every year, lucky Academy Award recipients walk home with a trophy. While it is heartbreaking for those who miss out, no one walks away empty-handed. Much like the Golden Globes, the Oscars also have a tradition of handing out 'Everybody Wins' gift bags for the nominees.

However, the Academy Awards have yet to announce any gift bags for the upcoming event. But looking at the past, the Oscars have indeed offered a luxury bag in 2025.

They offered bags worth around $200,000, which went to nominees including Timothée Chalamet and Ariana Grande. In association with marketing company Distinctive Assets, the Oscars arranged a bag featuring more than 60 gifts.

It included a $240 John Boos cutting board, an invite to a $3,500 virtual wellness retreat from 3D Wellness Retreat, a $5,200 stay at the five-star Cotton House Hotel in Barcelona, $305 worth of skincare from Swiss brand INSTYTUTUM, a $25,000 VIP Family History Experience from AncestryDNA, a $400 collection of film-inspired merch from Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, luxury pocket squares valued at $1,570 from Daniel Ashley, and more.
