Cowboy

as they’re doing another Western movie with him. This time it is The Harder They
Fall, a Western movie with heavy Django Unchained vibes. It won’t air
exclusively on Netflix. We’ll be able to see this movie in selected theatres as
well. The movie will tell about an outlaw who reunites his gang upon learning
that an enemy of his is being released from prison. It’s time for revenge.

WHAT IS THE SYNOPSIS OF THE HARDER THEY FALL?

Netflix gave us a pretty extensive description and promotion of its new Western
movie. The cast and the crew are top-level, after all. Expectations from the
movie are sky-high.

“When outlaw Nat Love (Jonathan Majors) discovers that his enemy Rufus Buck
(Idris Elba) is being released from prison he rounds up his gang to track Rufus
down and seek revenge. Those riding with him in this assured, righteously new
school Western include his former love Stagecoach Mary (Zazie Beetz), his right
and left-hand men — hot-tempered Bill Pickett (Edi Gathegi) and fast drawing Jim
Beckwourth (R.J. Cyler)—and a surprising adversary-turned-ally. Rufus Buck has
his own fearsome crew, including “Treacherous” Trudy Smith (Regina King) and
Cherokee Bill (LaKeith Stanfield), and they are not a group that knows how to
lose.

Directed by James Samuel, written by Samuel and Boaz Yakin, produced by Shawn
Carter, James Lassiter, Lawrence Bender, and Jeymes Samuel, and featuring a red
hot soundtrack and a stunning all-star cast, including Jonathan Majors, Zazie
Beetz, Delroy Lindo, LaKeith Stanfield, Danielle Deadwyler, Edi Gathegi, R.J.
Cyler, Damon Wayans Jr., Deon Cole with Regina King and Idris Elba revenge has
never been served colder.“

WHO ARE IN THE CAST AND CREW OF THE HARDER THEY FALL?

Well, Netflix already gave us a glimpse of the names behind its new movie.
Jeymes Samuel is the director of The Harder They Fall, while Samuel and Boaz
Yakin will pen the script for it. Shawn Carter, James Lassiter, Lawrence Bender,
and Jeymes Samuel are the producers. The cast is all-star as Netflix says, with
names such as Idris Elba, Jonathan Majors, Zazie Beetz, and LaKeith Stanfield.

WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE OF THE HARDER THEY FALL?

Netflix hasn’t announced a release date for The Harder They Fall yet. However,
as we already have the teaser in our hands, it would be safe to assume that they
will release it in around three months. That’s what Netflix usually does, but
there’s nothing official as of now. Let us note once again that this movie will
also be released on selected theatres in addition to Netflix. Check out its
teaser below.

Fans are very excited about this new Western movie as we can understand from the
comments. The teaser seems to have done enough to kick off the hype. Let’s see
what’ll happen after the release.
