Then the second half of the post showcased a scene from season 3 episode 1, where the bard bitterly recalled that moment rubbing his finger. <p>It was indeed one of the most hurtful and proud scenes at the same time, considering Jaskier did not let his tough slip even after being brutally tortured. This character has indeed grown much since fans first saw his bubbly side in season 1 and the portrayer agrees.</p>

<p>Last month, Joey Batey sat down with Digital Spy for the Rainbow Crew interview which celebrates the LGBTQ+ depiction on-screen. During the conversation, he shed some light on the journey of his character over the course of three seasons. The actor stated that at the beginning Jaskier was just a flirtatious and teasing bard viewers got to meet.</p>
