Fans predict the timeline of the Stranger Things season 5 as new pictures of the set drop on social media.

Will ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Show the Creation of Upside Down? Fans Throw Wild Prediction

The Upside Down has been a major mystery since Netflix’s Stranger Things
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/stranger-things/] began streaming in 2016. This
alternative dimension is the place where no one would want to spend a single
moment. However, the characters of the show somehow keep on ending up in this
terrifying place every single time. While the fourth season revealed Vecna was
the mastermind who controlled its creatures, with the show moving to the fifth
and final season, fans have put forward some ideas about its future depiction.

New pictures of the set of Stranger Things season 5 recently surfaced on social
media. The photos featured the National Hawkins Lab, which has played a
significant role in the storyline. The page that shared these snaps pointed out
that the team might be building Upside Down inside the lab as the set had all
the props that resemble the red, scary, and warped version of Hawkins, Indiana.

It is quite intriguing considering season 4 showcased the merge of Upside Down
with Hawkins. Max’s initial death triggered an earthquake in the city, leading
to the expansion of the dimension. This sneak peek from the sets has captured
the interest of fans who have been wondering what Eleven and her friends would
do to save their city.

Fans have filled the threads with their theories, predicting that season 5 would
show the creation of Upside Down.

STRANGER THINGS FANS SPECULATE ABOUT THE DEPICTION OF UPSIDE DOWN

The mysterious origin of Upside Down has been the subject of debate among fans
for several years. The biggest one is whether Eleven created it became frozen in
time on Nov. 6, 1983, the same day Eleven opened the mother gate in Hawkins Lab.
After seeing this post, fans did not waste time and shared their views on the
matter. Many fans said that season 5 will finally take viewers back to 1983 when
the Upside Down was created or it has spread all around Hawkins.

While fans have again added new theories to the mysteries of the supernatural
world, the cast has returned to the set to shoot the last season

So only time will tell if the creators reveal how this alternative dimension
came into existence. However, from what the Duffer Brothers have said in the
interviews, they want to focus on concluding the war that Eleven started a long
time ago instead of exploring new things.
