Fincher. It read, “Something special is coming tomorrow from David Fincher.”
Fans were buzzing and actually busy speculating about this David Fincher and
Netflix team-up. Luckily, they had to wait only a day to find out what it all
was about.

The David Fincher-Netflix [https://www.netflix.com/] collaboration will give us
a brand new documentary series called ‘Voir’. The three-time Oscar-nominated
director will join the streaming giant as an executive producer for a
docuseries. Although fans may be upset at him not directing the project, they
will be excited to watch Voir. And Fincher will certainly be excited at working
with Netflix once again.

Many people were expecting a new season of ‘Mindhunter’ or a sequel for ‘Mank’.
Instead, we will be getting a 10 episode series that celebrates cinema. So, to
be honest, it is a win-win situation for us.


WHAT DO WE KNOW SO FAR?

As of now, we know that David Prior will join David Fincher and Netflix as the
director for the project and Drew McWeeny will be working as one of the writers
for the show. While not much has been disclosed about the show, writer McWeeny

simply put, the thing I have been working on for the last few years and the
project I am most excited about right now. It is a streaming series for Netflix
