We cannot stop thinking about volume 2 of Stranger Things season 4. Many unexpected twists and turns have left us thinking about the upcoming events in the next volume of the season. That led us to think about the deaths of some of the characters. Who do you think dies in Stranger Things season 4 volume 2?

When Millie Bobby Brown and Noah Schnapp have talked about the darker tone of the season in an interview previously, we got the hint of major killings happening in the upcoming volume. Let us look at some of the probable deaths.

Who do you think dies in Stranger Things vol. 4?

The second volume seems to have too much drama and emotions, as hinted in the first one. The more complexity of the plot, the more chances of the sacrifice of the characters. Since there will be a face-off between the monster Venca and our super team, viewers must be betting on someone’s death. Noah also suggested that this season will be darker and might have deaths too.

Because there is a large group of characters and the story is becoming complex, there might be some surprising deaths. So,  fans have their own theories to predict who dies in volume 2 season 4 of Stranger Things.

Steve, maybe?

Yes, we understand the admiration for this character but think about it. At the beginning of episode 7, the mob of Demogorgon bats hurt him severely.

Eventually, Nancy, Eddie, and Robin rescue him. However, viewers are still aware of the amount of damage that has been caused to him by the terrifying creatures. Just after the attack, Steve has an emotional moment with Eddie, which might be the indicator of his potential death. Let us all pray that this doesn’t happen with him.

What do you think about the possibility of Nancy dying?

Nancy, Robin, Steve, and Eddie are able to contact Dustin, Lucas, Max, and Erica while they were stuck in the Upside Down. The group is able to locate the gate for their return to present-day Hawkins. However, Robin and Eddie come out of the portal safely before Venca catches Nancy.

Because she’s caught by Vecna, she relives the horror in which Barb, her best friend, died. Although Steve tries to wake her up from the spell, Nancy doesn’t wake up. Instead, she is exposed to the origin story of Vecna.

No matter how much we love her, things are not good for Nancy.

Max, perhaps?

We all know that Max has made a successful attempt of escaping Vecna in the fourth episode.

But that doesn’t mean she’s saved from the complexity. According to a fan, the letters she has written for her friends, expecting her own death, seem to be goodbye letters. So many viewers will feel disappointed and heartbroken if Max dies.

How about Eddie, then?

Though he comes alive out of the Upside Down, everybody will have to save Nancy, obviously. Eddie might be the key to saving Nancy, as believed by some fans. To save Nancy, Eddie might sacrifice himself.

Have you thought about Murray?

Murray and Joyce are the people we unexpectedly started to like as they got along. After fighting all the odds, these two successfully helped Hopper to escape Demogorgon. One fan said that maybe this is why Murray is there at the moment. Maybe he was supposed to reunite Joyce with Hopper. Fans think that this group will still face some difficulties and will go through a tragedy.
