‘The Witcher’ Season 3 Volume 2 Will Have a Big Freya Allan Surprise and It’s Not Related to Henry Cavill

The Witcher [http://netflixjunkie.com/tag/the-witcher/] season 3 has become an
emotional ride for fans. They will see their favorite actor, Henry Cavill
[http://netflixjunkie.com/tag/henry-cavill/], as Geralt of Rivia for the last
time. However, while the second volume of the third season is yet to be released
on Netflix, the show has a surprise to cheer up the viewers. Freya Allan, as
Princess of Cintra, will be the center of the second volume with this amazing
surprise for the fandom.

Throughout The Witcher saga till now, Ciri has been fighting for her survival.
To be alive and capable enough to defend herself from her enemies, Geralt trains
her to fight. Because Ciri also possesses magical powers, Yennefer teaches
Cirilla how to unleash her magical powers. However, there is one more person who
influenced Cirilla and brought out her musical side. Apparently, Ciri learned
the art of singing from Jaskier as the young actress featured as the singer of
the song ‘A Little Sacrifice’.

The upcoming volume of season 3 will feature this beautiful surprise in the
voice of the 21-year-old actress. After the heroic send-off of the 40-year-old
actor from the series, Cirilla will take the center with Liam Hemsworth as the
new Witcher. Ciri will tell this tale in the upcoming installment of the Netflix
Original.

WHAT IS THE STORY OF A LITTLE SACRIFICE THAT FREYA ALLAN SANG A SONG ABOUT?

A Little Sacrifice is a short story from the book The Sword of Destiny. It
narrates the journey of Geralt and Jaskier, who once embarked on a mission to
assist the human Prince Algoval in recognizing his love for the mermaid
Sh’eenaz. The mermaid and prince were deeply in love with each other. Though
they wished to live together, neither of them was ready to make the sacrifice of
switching ‘fin for foot’ to join the other in their realm.

Allan’s song gives context to this story in her song. However, it is not merely
a reference in the show. The song might directly connect to the forthcoming
Witcher spin-off. It is going to be an adaptation of this very short story.
