this year in which a fan asked her whether the hotel they shot in was real or
not. The Sharp Objects actress revealed in her answer that they shot at the
actual location in Hawaii. “We filmed at the Four Seasons in Maui,” Sweeney
mentioned. Notably, the Four Seasons is the name of the resort they stayed in.



Four Seasons is a real resort in Maui at Wailea, Hawaii. The show narrated the
story of a group of people who went to Hawaii to spend quality time together. It
appeared that the hotel featured in the show was extremely opulent and

SYDNEY SWEENEY HAD NEVER BEEN TO A RESORT BEFORE

Surprisingly, the 25-year-old had her first resort experience through her
Emmy-nominated show. She mentioned that she has never had the experience before,
and she thinks that she has been very spoiled since she will never have that
experience again.

Sydney Sweeney also revealed another fascinating fact about the show: it was
shot during the Lockdown. And since the world was shut down due to the pandemic,
there were no guests in the resort whatsoever. Hence, the cast and crew got to
enjoy it all by themselves. In the words of The Handmaid’s Tale actress, “The
hotel became our house.”



Apart from the Reality actress, the cast of the show included Jennifer Coolidge,
Connie Britton, Steve Zahn, Alexandra Daddario, Jon Gries, and Murray Bartlett.
The first season came out in July 2021, whereas the second was released last
year.

While the first season of the show was set on the beaches of Hawaii, the second
season explored the beauty of Sicily, Italy. Jennifer Coolidge and Jon Gries are
the only people who were in both seasons of the show.
