The animated video revealed that season 5 will feature the character more
prominently. Also, the scene involved Nancy and Jonathan together, which means
they buried the hatchet after their strained relationship in season 4. Fans saw

the final showdown of Stranger Things. During the conversation, the duo teased
they will dive back into the past for season 5. “We wanna go back to a lot of
the things we did in season 1,” Matt told the outlet. According to them, the
debut season had many original groupings and pairings and they would focus on
them only instead of bringing something new.

The creators want to complete the circle and end the show with memorable moments
