With the core of where it all began, Atlanta, serving as the backdrop for the Stranger Things cast to leave their mark yet again, anticipation for the fifth and final installment of the show has reached new heights. For long enough, each cast member has been vying to outdo the others with tantalizing teasers or echoing the hints already dropped. Joining similar ranks now, Noah Schnapp, best known as Will Byers, has been treating fans to behind-the-scenes glimpses.

Seizing the opportunity on set, the actor was recently spotted embarking on thrilling adventures in Atlanta alongside his body double from Stranger Things.

Following Noah Schnapp's creative process on set, the actor was spotted with his body double, Bryce, purportedly navigating a surfing boat on the Chattahoochee River in Georgia. Interestingly, this river supposedly doubles as the location of the Stranger Things set on private property as per an update by Stranger Things On Spain on X (formerly Twitter). Although Schnapp initially shared the picture, it was later removed. However, several fan pages took the screenshot and shared it on socials, making it viral.

At first, it appears that the actor opted for some water sports recreation during a break from the intense filming schedule. However, there remains further speculation that the image could be from an upcoming scene requiring his body double, prompting its deletion to avoid spoilers before the release. Regardless, the brief glimpse of fun was enough to stir excitement among fans and fruitfully, it did so given the prompt shares despite the removal.

Even though Noah Schnapp was careful enough to promptly delete the snap to refrain from teasers, Finn Wolfhard, on the other hand, did not take that step back entirely.

It has been several weeks since production kicked off for Stranger Things 5, yet even the cast appears to be just as much in the dark about the finale as the viewers. In a March interview with Access Online, Finn Wolfhard disclosed that he and his fellow cast members still needed to go through the final scripts. However, in a more recent interview with the same outlet, he did mention a franchise that could provide a roadmap for the show's conclusion—Lord of the Rings.

Earlier, following in the footsteps of Shawn Levy and Jamie Campbell Bower, the 21-year-old actor hinted at a grand, larger-than-life ending to bring the story full circle during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show. Therefore, if the series were to adhere to a Lord of the Rings-style conclusion, it suggests that the ending would be fitting for the show's heroes. While it is unclear how his deleted snap ties into potential spoilers, all doubts will be in the clearance when the show finally premieres on the streaming giant, Netflix.
