‘Squid Game’ Star HoYeon Jung Bags a Role in the New A24 Film ’The Governesses&#8217; From Director Joe Talbot

It seems like everything is going HoYeon Jung’s way. After her break, our role
in Netflix’s hit series Squid Games. Jung has only been receiving praises and
accolades for her role in the show and nothing else. Recently, the actress also
starred in the music video of The Weekend’s latest single, Out of Time.

But it looks like her work and talent is getting recognition by the Hollywood
industry as well, as she bags another role in a major production.


FROM SQUID GAMES TO THE GOVERNESSES

HoYeon has been cast in a new film by the critically acclaimed production house
A24: The Governesses. They film follows three rebellious governesses who upend
the home they work in by inspiring the boys in their care. Based on the novel
written by Anne Serre, the film will be shot in Spain.

The series marks the first installment of the streamer’s multi-year exclusive
