Starring Brad Pitt, The Adventures of Cliff Booth is all set to step into a darker, seedy 1970s Los Angeles, moving away from the sunlit nostalgia of its predecessor. Directed by David Fincher, the story follows Cliff Booth, now no longer just a stuntman but a studio fixer navigating Hollywood’s hidden scandals. The film is set to be released in Summer 2026, tentatively August, on Netflix.

With a reported budget of nearly $200 million, the film stands as one of the most expensive projects associated with Quentin Tarantino and Fincher. Alongside Pitt, the film also features Timothy Olyphant, Elizabeth Debicki, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II in key roles.

As Cliff Booth’s story begins to unfold in Hollywood’s shadowy corners, here is another film set to take you into the magical origins of Narnia.

Bringing fans back into a world of magic and wonder, Netflix is all set to reintroduce Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew, the first chapter in its ambitious reboot of The Chronicles of Narnia. Directed by Greta Gerwig, the film explores the very origins of Narnia, following two children who stumble into a magical realm and witness the creation of the world by Aslan, along with the rise of the White Witch.

.The fantasy epic will first release in IMAX on November 26, 2026, before arriving on Netflix on December 25, 2026. The film features a strong ensemble with Emma Mackey as the White Witch, alongside Daniel Craig and Carey Mulligan in key roles.  However, as Narnia is about to open the doors to its magical world, a heart-wrenching survival nightmare is also set to unfold with the upcoming film Thrash.

Directed by Tommy Wirkola, the film, originally developed under the titles Beneath the Storm and Shiver, is set in a coastal town devastated by a Category 5 hurricane, where rising floodwaters bring deadly sharks into the streets.
