“Booyaka 619.” The chant echoes through arenas like a prayer, a tribute to the masked luchador who turned high-flying acrobatics into an art form. Rey Mysterio has spent two decades defying gravity, launching himself from ropes, turnbuckles and aprons with impossible grace. He is the ultimate WWE high-flyer, a man who makes the impossible look routine.

Even after two decades and age catching up, he has defied it all in his latest win.

The high-flying duel for the Intercontinental Championship

The match began with Chad Gable asserting his technical dominance, catching Rey Mysterio mid-rally and grounding him with brutal efficiency. Mysterio responded by shifting the action to the apron, where he executed a monkey flip that sent Gable crashing into the ringpost. He followed with a barrage that drove Gable into the barricade, turning the momentum in his favor. The pace quickened as Mysterio attempted a sunset flip from the apron, only to be caught in a makeshift suplex. Gable pressed his advantage, but Mysterio refused to stay down.

The duel escalated when Mysterio delivered a moonsault from the apron, wiping out Gable on the outside. He feinted an entrance into the ring, luring Gable into the ringpost before dropping him with a cliffhanger DDT. Gable answered with a flying headbutt, yet Mysterio kicked out at two. The luchador rallied with a springboard moonsault attempt, but Gable intercepted him mid-air. Mysterio still managed to land a tornado DDT, keeping the match alive.

In the final sequence, Gable unleashed an Angle Slam followed by an avalanche Angle Slam, but Mysterio kicked out both times. Gable cinched in the ankle lock, yet Mysterio rolled through into position for the 619. He landed not one but two 619s, then climbed to the top rope for the frog splash. Gable raised his knees, reapplied the ankle lock and reversed Mysterio’s roll-up into a tight pinfall to retain the Intercontinental Championship.

As the Intercontinental Championship match concluded, the night’s drama was far from over.

Solo Sikoa’s shocking betrayal fractures The Bloodline

Solo Sikoa delivered one of the most shocking betrayals in recent WWE history, turning on Roman Reigns and The Bloodline during a tense main event segment on WWE Raw. This moment marked the second year of WWE Raw streaming on Netflix, amplifying the spectacle for a global audience. Reigns entered the ring with Jacob Fatu, demanding that Sikoa be brought before him to answer for his defiance. The Usos arrived with Sikoa in tow, dancing around him as they approached the ring, eager to enforce their authority.

Reigns removed his sunglasses and stomped on them, declaring that the sight of Sikoa disgusted him. He referenced their Tribal Combat match from nearly three years prior, reminding Sikoa of the consequences of defying him. Jey Uso superkicked Sikoa, and Fatu applied the Tongan Death Grip, reinforcing Reigns’ dominance. Reigns then placed black ula falas around The Usos’ necks, declaring them his captains while Fatu stood excluded from the honor. The tension escalated as LA Knight stormed the ring, sending The Usos to the floor and confronting Reigns directly.

Reigns ordered Sikoa to attack Knight, insisting that he was there to serve his family. Sikoa grabbed Knight by the face, apologized, and then delivered a devastating Samoan Spike to Reigns instead. He pointed finger guns at The Usos before sending Jey into the barricade. Knight hit Jimmy with the BFT, then asked Fatu what he intended to do. Fatu remained motionless in the corner as Knight landed a BFT on Reigns. Sikoa and Knight fist-bumped in the ring, sharing a look with Fatu before exiting together, leaving The Bloodline fractured and Reigns humiliated.
