Netflix is preparing to launch a fresh narrative, A Proper Romance, that blends workplace tension with undeniable charm, anchored by two of the biggest names, Park Hyung-sik and Park Gyu-young.

His extensive filmography also includes popular titles such as Happiness, Hwarang, and Our Blooming Youth, proving his versatility across various historical and modern settings. Opposite him, Park Gyu-young will portray the female lead, Woo A Mi, bringing her refined acting skills back to the platform.

She is a familiar face to international subscribers due to her memorable performances in Squid Game and the horror thriller Sweet Home. Her diverse career also spans stylish dramas like Celebrity and the heartwarming series Romance Is a Bonus Book.

A Proper Romance is an upcoming Netflix Original series that explores a hilarious role reversal between two former acquaintances. The story follows Na Jeong Seok, an arrogant start-up CEO who once served as a subordinate in the military to Woo A Mi.

The tables turn when Woo A Mi joins his company as an employee, forcing her to report to the man she once commanded. The series is under the creative direction of Nam Sung-woo, known for Useless Lies, and written by Kim Ha Na.
