'One Piece' Goes Full American As Netflix Live-Action Stars Set Their Late Night Show Date with Jimmy Fallon
One Piece fanatics are bound to recognize Luffy's call for pirates from across continents. Following the protagonist's tryst across seas for the last 25 years, Netflix brought the beloved deviants to the streaming world and extendedly, to America's late-night show culture. In a message slipped in on NBC's page, the Straw Hats are now not far from the country's nautical borders.
The floodgates of enthusiasm exploded with the release of the live-action adaptation, and now, it has set its sights on the American audience.
Is the One Piece Live Action crew appearing on an American talk show?

It has been confirmed that the Netflix One Piece live-action crew will be making an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC, according to Inter Bridge. Scheduled for the March 2, 2026 slot, they will be appearing alongside celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Luke Thompson, and Mario Carbone.
While the anime, based on the manga of the same name by Eiichiro Oda, had been a popular niche title before, it has grown to become a widely sought-after franchise in the US post the Netflix adaptation. As per the cast's scheduled appearance, it will likely bring Inaki Godoy, Emily Rudd, Mackenyu, Jacob Gibson, and Taz Skylar, among others, to the late-night show.
But it is not the only thing working for the success of the second season of the live-action series in America.
One Piece Live Action Season 2 in North American theaters
The first two episodes of the One Piece live-action season 2 have also been set to premiere in over 200 big screens across the USA, Canada, and Japan simultaneously with its release on Netflix. The tickets for the same have gone live as of February 26, 8 a.m. PT, 11 a.m. ET.

Netflix has also decided to re-release the anime from the start, but this time with better pacing, titled as The One Piece. The streaming giant is also planning to bring a One Piece spinoff to life. With all these developments in the bag, One Piece might transcend into a franchise with multiple different projects under its hood.
