Netflix has released a new poster for Office Romance ahead of its release on June 5. Set in a high-pressure workplace, the movie centers on a complicated relationship that turns office tension into something far more personal. The poster offers a taste of the film’s stylish tone and workplace setting, but much of the focus has also shifted to the cast of the story. 

As the buzz about the project continues to build, many are now excited to learn more about the actors and actresses bringing Office Romance to the screen.

Rom-coms have been Jennifer Lopez's domain for years, and she's back in the raunchy new film, Office Romance. The summer movie revolves around workaholics Daniel Blanchflower and Jackie Cruz, who try to keep things as professional as possible, but their insatiable chemistry leads to longing boardroom glances in no time at all. The film also stars other talented cast members. 

Jennifer Lopez as Jackie Cruz, the tough-as-nails, no-nonsense CEO and pilot of her own airline who strictly forbids even the sound of breathing around her.

Brett Goldstein as Daniel Blanchflower, the new company lawyer who becomes entangled in a high-risk romance with Jackie.

Beyond the cast itself, the film has also drawn attention for the creative team behind it. 

How Office Romance came together behind the scenes?

Brett Goldstein co-wrote the film with Joe Kelly for Netflix. Betty Gilpin joined the cast in February 2025. In the following month, Edward James Olmos also signed on to the project, reuniting with Lopez, who previously starred with him in Selena. Further cast members were announced in April 2025, including Bradley Whitford, Amy Sedaris, and Tony Hale.

Produced by Aaron Ryder and Andrew Swett of Ryder Picture Company, Lopez, Goldstein, and Kelly will also serve as producers. They will join Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina for Nuyorican Productions via the company’s first-look deal with Netflix. Executive Producers include Pamela Thur and Courtney Baxter

Meanwhile, Office Romance features a cast of familiar faces from comedy, drama, and film, coming together behind a workplace love story. The blend of household names and fan favorites has only heightened the buzz around the Netflix release.
