Henry Cavill has given an insight into what is to come in his last appearance as Geralt for season 3 of Netflix's The Witcher.

“Now there a real threat…” – Henry Cavill Warns of a Dangerous Path for Geralt in ‘The Witcher’ season 3

Henry Cavill [https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/henry-cavill/] will appear one
last time in The Witcher season 3, but will not leave without creating a storm.
As fans prepare to let go of him one last time, the season will be an emotional
roller coaster for both him and his fans. So far, viewers saw his character
Geralt go through some challenges and difficult situations. His love story also
got complicated with his love interest, Yennefer.

The actor who is a bigger fan of the series than anyone else, has been dropping
hints for what is to come. The upcoming season will supposedly upscale the
others with more drama and even more danger in Geralt’s path.

HOW HENRY CAVILL IS SET TO LEAVE THE WITCHER WITH A DANGER-FILLED ADVENTURE FOR
GERALT

The Witcher [https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/the-witcher/] is predicted to have a
potential as big as Game of Thrones when it comes to its production, acting, and
storyline. But Cavill has warned of an equally enormous danger for his character
in Season 3 of the series. He revealed to Tudum,

the fate of Geralt and the supporting characters. “Now, there is a real threat,
” Cavill stated, referring to what is to come. Apparently, the season will not
just be about theatrics or theories. He compared the danger lying ahead to a
‘lion’s den’.

Show maker Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, who faced some criticism for Cavill’s exit
and the storyline, also aligned her views with his about the content. As per
her, season 3 is the result of the story built up and cumulations of both the
previous seasons. This season will also be special, releasing in two parts. The
first one will release in June, followed by the second part in July.

While there is no exact reason why he is exiting the show, he has given his
blessings to Liam Hemsworth.

WHAT LIES AHEAD FOR GERALT?

Liam Hemsworth feels the pressure of filling in the shoes of Henry Cavill from
season 4. The 40-year-old also gave his blessings, referring to the Australian
actor as ‘fantastic’. He wished the actor luck with diving into the character’s
depth as he leaves his beloved role. But before his exit, Cavill promises
challenges that even Geralt has been nonchalant about.
