According to J.P. Morgan analyst Doug Anmuth, who cited statistics from Apptopia
global downloads, Netflix is expected to gain about four million new customers
worldwide in the first quarter, which ended March 31, above corporate forecasts
of 2.5 million new subs internationally.

post Russia,” Anmuth mentioned in the note on April 7th.

The numbers suggest that Netflix expects to attract roughly one million
subscribers in the current second quarter, which ends on June 30, a decrease
from last year’s growth of 1.54 million subscribers.

According to Anmuth, the second quarter is generally a gradual time for Netflix.
With prospective new customers preferring to travel rather than pay increased
