Landing on Netflix on June 3, Michael Jackson: The Verdict is a three-part docuseries that revisits the infamous 2005 criminal trial on the charges of child molestation against Michael Jackson. The documentary will feature exclusive interviews with the eyewitnesses of the trial to provide a firsthand account of the proceedings of the case.

The next one is also about a widely popular case that asks some hard-hitting questions about the justice system.

The Murder of Rachel Nickell

The Murder of Rachel Nickell not only takes the viewers through a horrific crime but also exposes the miscarriage of justice at the hands of police who did very little to bring the real culprit of the case to justice. The docufilm that comes on Netflix on June 4 will serve as the factual true-crime counterpart to Netflix’s The Witness, a dramatized version of the same case.

Talking about the dramatized version of the documentary, The Witness also knocks on Netflix's door at the same time.

The Witness

The Witness is the dramatized depiction of the events that took place in the Rachel Nickell murder case. The UK crime drama series follows Alex and André Hanscombe as they cope with the terrible consequences of a violent crime that led to Rachel Nickell's 1992 murder. The series will debut on Netflix on June 4.

Norway: The Dark Horse

A sports documentary encapsulating the intense efforts and dedication it took for the Norwegian men’s football team to qualify for a major international tournament after 26 years. The docufilm that releases on June 9 is mostly about disappointment, hope, and perseverance.

America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (Season 3)

The sports docuseries is coming to Netflix on June 16 with its third season, still following the lives of dancers and staff within the iconic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC) organization. The show takes the audience through the hard work that goes into the physical training and the immense pressure on the squad.

To give people a break from the sports documentaries, the next entry takes you through a beautiful journey that provides an important perspective on life and mortality.

André Is An Idiot

Tony Benna's documentary comedy film, André Is An Idiot, which lands on Netflix on June 17, follows an eccentric, fiercely unconventional advertising creative who, after avoiding a routine screening, learns he has terminal colon cancer. He decides to record his final years using candid footage and whimsical stop-motion animation, setting out on a hilarious, heartbreaking, and wildly life-affirming journey to confront mortality.

The Root of the Game

It is a Brazilian documentary mini-series that is coming to Netflix on June 20. The Root of the Game will explore the world of amateur “Várzea” soccer in São Paulo. The series will take the viewers to the Super Copa Pioneer - the city’s biggest amateur tournament, and show how these rough, grassroots dirt fields gave birth to football icons like Cafu and Raphinha.

The American Experiment

Netflix is interviewing dozens of public personalities about the history of the United States in honor of the country's 250th birthday. The American Experiment, the resulting documentary, coming to the platform on June 24, serves as a compilation of these interviews.

Chris & Martina: The Final Set

Chris & Martina: The Final Set is a tennis sports documentary, dropping on Netflix on June 26, that chronicles the fabled on-court rivalry and off-court friendship between the legends of tennis, Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova. It details their years of domination and their fierce competition, which eventually translated into a friendly bond.
