A seemingly simple, glowing substance caused massive harm in Goiânia, Brazil, and led to one of the most devastating radioactive contamination accidents in 1987. Inspired by this harrowing real-life incident, Radioactive Emergency chronicles the mounting tension and the fear among the people as scientists and doctors worked to prevent a massive disaster. And to portray this tense time in Brazil, directors Fernando Coimbra and Iberê Carvalho assembled a talented lineup.

So, before Radioactive Emergency arrives on screens, here is a closer look at the cast who will be bringing the story to life.
