Netflix. The Oscar-nominated star has directed and starred as the lead in the
upcoming biopic, Maestro. It is going to be premiered at the Venice Film
Festival this year. Amidst the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strike, it certainly is
exciting news. However, there is a saddening update about the premiere as well.

The Venice Film Festival is one of the oldest cinematic kermess in the world. It
is one of the most important European events in the filming panorama. The

From productions shutting down to actors backing off from attending events, the
strike is affecting the entire industry on a huge level. Now, The Hangover star
not attending his passion project’s premiere is a sign of the strike not ending
