Netflix Brings Christmas and Valentine's Day Early From A Deal With an Approx $300+ Million Giant

From heartwarming tales of small-town romance to magical journeys that restore the spirit of the season, the Netflix Christmas collection is a yearly tradition for millions. Yet, this festive treasure trove is about to get even richer, as the streaming giant has just secured a landmark deal with a powerhouse of seasonal content, promising to deliver a double dose of holiday magic and a hint of romance to viewers much earlier than anticipated.

This exciting collaboration is set to bring a wave of new content for the viewers who wait for good stories to take shape.

Hallmark Media, with an revenue of an approx $300+ million and Netflix have signed a new and expanded output deal, one that will bring new content to Netflix users in the U.S. and bring Hallmark’s signature holiday movies to Netflix users outside of the U.S. According to Jesse Wallace, senior vice president and head of distribution at Hallmark Media, the company saw positive results on both Hallmark Channel and Hallmark+ in the aftermath of the previous deal.

This new deal is significantly more expansive, bringing the first two seasons of the Hallmark series, The Way Home, to Netflix users in the U.S. next month, season three in February 2026, and season four in late 2026, after its debut on Hallmark Channel and Hallmark. The deal includes holiday favorites such as Haul Out the Holly, Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up, All I Need for Christmas, Christmas Under the Lights, and Our Holiday Story. Additionally, viewers can look for Valentine's Day films like An Unexpected Valentine, Sisterhood, Inc., The Royal We, Hats Off to Love, and Love in the Clouds.

While the upcoming releases are highly anticipated, Netflix’s existing library already offers a great selection of holiday and romantic films to enjoy.

Viewers can currently explore a wide array of original and licensed content that captures the spirit of both Christmas and Valentine’s Day. For Christmas, you can find original films like A Boy Called Christmas and Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey. Other popular titles include The Christmas Chronicles and its sequel, The Christmas Chronicles 2. If one is looking for a good laugh, one might enjoy A Bad Moms Christmas or Holidate.

When it comes to Valentine's Day, Netflix provides a great selection of romantic movies.
