Netflix will officially be the home to Rowan Atkinson's Man Vs Bee sequel, Man Vs Baby. The streaming behemoth is set to bring down all episodes on the same day, dishing out slapstick chaos in one binge-viewing swoop. Directed by David Kerr and executive produced by Chris Clark and Will Davies, Man Vs Baby comprises four episodes, each approximately 30 minutes. Rowan Atkinson brings back Trevor Bingley this time facing his most formidable foe, a human baby, rather than facing off against a buzzing insect.

Among the new cast is Alanah Bloor, who takes on Maddy, Bingley's daughter, and Oriel Bathurst rounds out the cast as an yet unrevealed primary character. In Man Vs Baby, Trevor Bingley has traded his doomed days of house-sitting clever mansions for a more peaceful existence as a school caretaker. Until he is offered a babysitting gig, and he finds himself stuck with a real infant. Can he care for the baby while achieving the calm Christmas he desires, or will it all spiral into chaos? The wait for the Christmas chaos is almost over.

From bee to baby: When and what to expect from Rowan Atkinson’s next

It has been well over three years now since Man Vs Bee initially burst onto audiences' screens back in June 2022, a comedy television series created and written by Rowan Atkinson and William Davies. Atkinson now has his comedic gloves dusted off to resume Trevor Bingley, who is facing off against the cooing tyranny of a baby, arriving on December 11, 2025, on Netflix.

In Man Vs Bee, Trevor Bingley's battle with a bee spiralled into ridiculous devastation, including artwork destroyed and technology systems obliterated. Whereas in Man Vs Baby, the setup changes as the danger is human, the stakes are more personal, and the opportunities for humor are sweet with fewer stings and more diaper malfunctions, fewer buzzes and more babble. As Rowan Atkinson's broad horizon, beyond Johnny English, or even Mr Bean, extends to Netflix's chaotic festive collection, all attention is still on Trevor Bingley's Christmas tour de force as December has just gotten a lot funnier.
