Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had their firstborn when they were obliged to royal duties. And, of course, every couple is extra cautious with their first child. Since they have not had this experience before, they try to take as many precautions as possible. However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex got trolled for being extensively careful with their baby.

The former working royals had their first baby in 2019, when their residence was on the grounds of Buckingham Palace. And being parents for the first time, the couple did not want to make even the smallest mistake that would harm their infant in any way. Hence, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle changed Archie’s nanny not once, not twice, but three times in six weeks.

According to Page Six, multiple reports mentioned that the nannies were not terminated but instead willingly left the job. However, up until then, the British media had already put the allegations about the 41-year-old actress being tough to deal with. Apparently, this news induced speculation: was the Suits actress that hard to work with?

Why did Meghan Markle face the allegations of being a tough employer?

Along with the first two nannies, one of whom was also a night nurse, the personal assistant of the Duchess of Sussex also left. Moreover, the secretary that the couple shared also checked out. The actress from Random Encounters took the blame for all these people leaving; no wonder what their reasons were.

However, as they say, the third time’s a charm, and it turned out the third nanny the couple hired turned out to be a total blessing for them as well as the baby Archie. In fact, the third nanny also accompanied the couple on vacation to Elton John’s house. This nanny fitted so perfectly into the couple’s mold that they took her on their Africa tour.
