“The movie will be an exploration of time, memory, love, pain, the changing of the seasons, endings and beginnings, and the core element of Heartstopper: the ordinary magic of our everyday lives,” Alice Oseman told Tudum about the film.

The film stars Locke and Connor, who is also acting as the executive producer for the first time. It is written by Heartstopper creator, executive producer, and graphic novelist Alice Oseman. Additionally, it will premiere at the BFI London Film Festival.
