The two had been feuding for a long time. Earlier, the two were expected to face off at WrestleMania 42. However, plans have since changed, and the match has now been shifted to an AAA event.

A Mask vs. Mask match between OG El Grande Americano and El Grande Americano (Nu Grande) is reportedly to be held on May 30, 2026. As for the event, it will be live-streamed on their official YouTube Channel. It can also be watched on Fox Sports, Fox Sports App, and Fox YouTube channels.

The event is expected to take place in Monterrey. However, the date and time are yet to be confirmed. Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter has shared more details about the event.

“The 5/30 Noche de los Grandes at Arena Monterrey, which right now is to be headlined by Grande Americano Kaiser vs. Grande American Gable in mask vs. mask match, will air as a full live show rather than be broken up into three one hour blocks,” Meltzer said as per The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

While the date for the Mask vs Mask remains up in the air, fans can watch WrestleMania 42, which is set to arrive soon.

WrestleMania 42 is all set to take place over the weekend on April 18 and 19, 2026, and the excitement over the event is palpable on social media. The action will kick off early with a pre-show at 4 p.m. ET, packed with opener bouts, a few celebrity crossovers, and much more on both days. By 6 p.m. ET, the event will begin with five hours of entertainment each night.
