Kate Middleton Receives Backlash for Being ‘laziest’ Royal Member

In their Netflix docuseries, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle suggested how they were better at their job as working royals than Prince William and Kate Middleton. The Sussexes drew a lot of flak for the statement, as many royal experts and monarchists labeled the heir to the throne and future Queen Consort as the most hardworking royals.

However, a recent study might be proving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle right. The Reboot Digital Marketing Agency recently published an analysis of the engagements done by the senior royal family members this year. Princess Anne can be easily declared as the most hard-working royal member. She is topping the list with an impressive 214 engagements. However, Wales, especially Kate Middleton, will not be much happy about the data.

How many engagements have Kate Middleton completed in 2022?
Kate Middleton was bestowed with the new title of Princess of Wales following Queen Elizabeth II’s demise in September. The Princess should have put more effort into doing her job, but she miserably failed to live up to her reputation. Middleton is occupying the ninth place on the prestigious list with just 90 engagements. Twitter users did not seem impressed with Middleton’s efforts, and they quickly branded her as the laziest royal member.
According to @rebootdigitalpr, who analysed entries on the Court Circular, this is how many official engagements each working member of the Royal Family carried out in 2022: pic.twitter.com/egtjJW6W4Y

Anne is running circles around these people. I can't name one thing William and Kate has done and Charles and his mistress needs to step their game up but I guess all that briefing against the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is taking up most of their time 😒 pic.twitter.com/uE5RgTK5hI

So in 2019 when Meghan was still working for the Firm, Kate was the laziest. 3 years later (Meghan’s out), Kate still hasn’t stepped up. The Brits deserve her 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ pic.twitter.com/qF0HnleokI

The year has 365 days! William has had 126 appointments and Kate only 90! William had 239 days of vacation, and Kate even 275! pic.twitter.com/lPfldQnapU

Imagine going to work for only 100 days in a whole 365 days. So in average these grifters worked on just over 3months, along with inclusive holidays, out of 12months? Yet they are enjoying over £100M taxpayers fund. Yet Meg once did 72 engagements straight in few days!🤷🏽♀️

K is forever hanging round the bottom of the list when it comes to royal engagements. Only 90 engagements and Princess Anne who is in her 70s has done 214. For a Princess of Wales in her 40s that is pathetic. She could do so much more. William’s tally as direct heir is also poor.

Prince William was not much better than his wife. The future king also had a lukewarm year with just 126 engagements. However, his father King Charles III impressed the royal fans with his dedication. The new monarch completed a total of 181 engagements to occupy the second place in the charts just behind his sister. King’s younger brother Prince Edward also shined in the year by taking up 143 engagements.
The Earl of Wessex is third on the list and is followed by his wife Sophie in fourth place with 138 official events. Queen Consort Camilla also needs to buckle up as she is currently sitting in sixth place with 102 royal engagements. The late monarch Queen Elizabeth II was not taken into consideration because of her ill health from January to September 2022.
