Nagasaki’s Huis Ten Bosch is a land of tulips, windmills, and serene canals - a Dutch-inspired escape that usually values elegance over adrenaline. It is a place for quiet walks, not screams. Huis Ten Bosch is more about the picturesque beauty rather than roller coaster rides or other attractions. Yet, this summer, the park is taking a jarring, dystopian turn inspired by Alice in Borderland

Forget gentle boat rides; they’re launching an immersive 'death game' that forces guests into a high-stakes struggle for survival, complete with literal bomb collars as shown in the show.

Huis Ten Bosch has recently revealed the Alice in Borderland Immersive Death Game, per SoraNews24. According to the theme park, the live-action Alice in Borderland Netflix series, which was inspired by the original manga and its short OVA anime adaptation, would serve as an inspiration for a "thoroughly unreasonable" survival game.

In a 30-minute game of cunning, players will be under constant and unavoidable pressure to play games that force them to play with and deceive one another. The main appeal of this thrilling game is that every player has a "bomb collar" fastened to their neck before the game starts. If you make a mistake, the collar will come off!

As reported by SoraNews24, it appears from the promotional photos that there will not be an actual explosive detonation and that people will instead be informed of their elimination by a blast of smoke. Nevertheless, it appears to be a really unpleasant and nerve-wracking piece of equipment to wear, and when it goes off, it probably provides a mental shock. Children under the age of 15 are therefore not allowed to play the death game, according to Huis Ten Bosch.

Hearing about the game alone makes one excited about the arrival of the game and makes them wonder when it will be open to experience.

When is the game making its debut?

On August 27, the indoor Alice in Borderland, which got canceled by Netflix earlier this year, Immersive Death Game will launch. Due to anticipated demand, it is advised to purchase a timed-entry pass for the attraction early in the day (details for the passes have yet to be revealed). However, there is no additional cost beyond the park's standard entrance price to play. On the other hand, you can enter the park faster with the Express Pass, which has an additional charge.

Besides this, Huis Ten Bosch has been working lately to expand its lineup with more thrilling attractions. An Evangelion motion theater ride debuted this past spring, and the park's first roller coaster will come next year. However, Huis Ten Bosc still boasts its Miffy Wonder Square, so there is no need to worry if someone is searching for more tranquil ways to spend the day.
