Record of Ragnarok season 1 sypnosis

Record of Ragnarok made its debut on Netflix last summer and the first season received a schismatic response from viewers. The show is an anime adaptation of the mega-popular Japanese manga series of the same name. 13 Gods from multiple Pantheons gather for a one-on-one battle against legendary humans to decide the fate of humanity.

What can we expect from season 2?

As Record of Ragnarok appears to be set for a return, anime fans hold some high expectations for the new season. While the plot remains unknown, the new season still has plenty of material to work on. But at the top of it all, fans are expecting smoother animation effects during fights as the first season failed to do justice to the high-quality fights.

The anime sequel is likely to begin with the fourth match of the Gods vs Humanity tournament between Jack the ripper and Hercules. In response to the renewal, Director Masao Okubo described season 2 as: “A fierce battle in the heavenly realm between Hanzoku (Japanese word for customs), born out of pre-existing relationships and conflicts!”
