However, there was one decision that the creators brought in that has brought the show back onto its promising path. It was a pivotal moment that involved Tissaia de Vries that ended up igniting intrigue and anticipation.
As the saga unfolds, this specific choice not only adds depth to Tissaia&#8217;s character but also sets the stage for a promising trajectory for the entire series.

After season 3 of The Witcher, it was evident that Ciri would be taking center stage in the next season. Over the years, there have been many complaints about The Witcher series straying away from its source material. While that may have been the case various times before, they seem to be on the right path for Ciri&#8217;s storyline. From having a fake Ciri at Nilfgaard to the character having to fight a wyvern after calling out a man in Gors Velen, the character&#8217;s storyline seems to be going according to plan as of now.

At the end of the third season, Ciri is captured by Nilfgaardian brigands. However, she ended up being rescued by an unruly gang of teenage miscreants called The Rats.
